13.E Request of Mayor Winterer that the Council approve use of his travel funds
to represent the City at the Global Covenant of Mayors North American
Climate Summit & C40 Cities Bloomberg Philanthropies Awards in
Chicago, IL from December 3-6, 2017. The host will pay a majority of the
costs, including airfare and two nights lodging, therefore expenses should
be nominal.
