A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Winterer at 4:38 p.m., on
Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE/PLEDGE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 4:38 p.m., with all
members present except Councilmembers Davis and O'Connor.
CLOSED SESSIONS
Member of the public Denise Barton commented on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 4:41 p.m., to consider
Mayor Pro Tem Davis
closed sessions and returned at 5:33 p.m., with Councilmember O'Connor
arrived at 4:57p. m.

The Mayor advised this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
