Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance adding Section
8.08.230.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 12, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance setting forth procedures for expediting permitting processing for electric
vehicle stations.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
