Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 25, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 8.08.060 to ensure
consistency with the goals and policies of the Downtown Community Plan by extending
the expiration date for certain building permit applications.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
