Executive Summary At its meeting on July 25, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections 1.09.090, 6.16.030, 8.08.040 and 10.04.04.040, relating to the conduct of administrative hearings.
