Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance relating to the
conduct of administrative hearings.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 25, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections 1.09.090, 6.16.030,
8.08.040 and 10.04.04.040, relating to the conduct of administrative hearings.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for final adoption.
