O’Day to allocat e $50,000 of Council discretionary funds to Community
Corporation of Santa Monica for completion of a Net Zero Energy upgrade
to 1616 Ocean Avenue and promotion of the project as a case study for
sustainable housing rehabilitation that benefits tenants by reducing energy
costs, increases comfort of the residences, and achieves climate pollution
reduction objectives.
