Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance amending Santa
Monica Municipal Code Chapter 7.10.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 9, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 7.10 to update and clarify the City’s
Runoff Pollution Ordinance
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
