Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 28, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.44.020 to add parklets to
the areas in which smoking is prohibited.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
