Subject: My position
Hi Gigi and Sue,
I recently became the Vice Chairman of my law firm which I am excited about but will require significant time
commitment and extensive traveling on my part. In fact I will be out of town the week of April 17th and will
miss the next two special Subcommittee meetings and will be gone for almost 3 months in the summer as I
expand our New York and DC Offices. I really enjoyed my time being on the subcommittee but believe its
in the committee's best interest to have someone replace me at this point in time. There is a lot of good and
important work the subcommittee will be doing in the near future and having a full strength of five engaged
members will be essential. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my fellow colleagues, especially the both of
you.
