Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting of January 10, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending and revising Chapter 6.20 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code
regulating home -sharing and vacation rentals.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
