Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 10, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.04.162 prohibiting
a rachnids and certain animals in certain public places; and Sections 4.55.010, 4.55.020
and 4.55.400 of the Park and Beach Code.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
