Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 28, 2016, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Section 2.24.105 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code Related to
Protest Procedures for City Purchases and Public Works Projects.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
