A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Winterer at 4:31
p.rn., on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor Tony Vazquez (arrived at 4:33 pm)

Councilmember Gleam Davis (arrived at 4:33 pm)

Councilmember Pam O'Connor (arrived at 4:45 pin)
Councilmember Terry O'Day
Also Present: City Manager Rick Cole
City Attorney Marsha Jones Moutrie
City Clerk Denise Anderson -Warren
CONVENE/PLEDGE On order of the Mayor Pro Tern, the City Council convened at 4:31p.m.,
Councilmember Davis and with all members present except Councilmembers O'Connor, Davis, and
Mayor Vazquez arrived at Mayor Vazquez.

CLOSED SESSION Member of the public Denise Barton commented on closed session.
Councilinember O'Connor On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 4:36 p.m., to consider
arrived at 4:45 pin closed session and returned at 5:48 p.m., with all members present, to
report the following:
I.A. Public Employee Evaluation.
Title of Employee: City Manager
The Mayor reported the City Manager's evaluation was completed, with no
reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT On order of the Mayor, the City Council special meeting was adjourned at
5:49 p.m.
