Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 12, 2016, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapters 4.46 and 8.100 relating to
mitigating impacts to tenants during construction and tenant relocation assistance.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
