contingency account $30,000 to match and augment funds already being
raised by the 18th Street Arts Center, a 501c3 charitable organization
serving Santa Monica since 1988, to help create a sustainable business
plan for improvements to the existing 18th Street Arts Center campus in
Santa Monica.
