A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Vazquez at 4:33 p.m., on
Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

Councilmember Pam O'Connor (arrived at 4:49 p. m)
Councilmember Terry O'Day (arrived at 4:3 7 p. nz.)
Also Present: City Manager Rick Cole
City Attorney Marsha Jones Moutrie
City Cleric Denise Anderson -Warren
CONVENE/PLEDGE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 4:33 p.m. with all
members present except Councilmembers O'Connor and O'Day. Mayor
Vazquez led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Mayor reported this matter was heard, with no reportable action.
