Subject: Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance adopting Development
Agreement 12DEV-011 to allow a 5-story (57 feet), 77,758 square-foot mixed-
use project consisting of 90 residential units, 10,617 square feet of ground
floor commercial space, and 168 parking spaces within a two -level
subterranean parking garage at 1601 Lincoln Boulevard.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 8, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
Municipal Corporation, and FSTAR 1601, LLC.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
