Courtyard Apartments Historic District
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 15, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Section 9.56.310 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code designating the
San Vicente Boulevard Courtyard Apartments a historic district.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
