Executive Summary At its meeting on November 10, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance approving requiring individual meters for all multi-family residential projects with six units or fewer; requiring all multi-family residential projects with greater than six units to install a master meter and submeters; and deleting the meter exemption for low and moderate multi-family housing.
