And Moderate Multi-Family Housing
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 10, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving requiring individual meters for all multi-family residential projects
with six units or fewer; requiring all multi-family residential projects with greater than six
units to install a master meter and submeters; and deleting the meter exemption for low
and moderate multi-family housing. The ordinance is now presented to City Council for
adoption.
