Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 13, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
Municipal Corporation, and 14155NMS, LLC. The ordinance is now presented to the
City Council for adoption.
