Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 28, 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance setting forth procedures for expediting permitting processing for certain solar
energy systems. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
