Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 14 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an interim
ordinance extending Interim Ordinance Number 2487 (CCS), which established interim
development procedures and standards pending adoption of the Downtown Specific
Plan. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
