13 -F: Request of Mayor McKeown, Mayor pro tem Vazquez, and Councilmember
Himmelrich that the Council allocate from its already - budgeted
contingency fund $10,000 as a founding contribution to the David B. Finkel
Social Justice Scholarship, via the Santa Monica College Foundation, to be
used as matching funds to encourage further donations to support our
community's low- income youth in getting a college education.
