Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 9, 2015 the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
establishing interim development procedures and standards pending adoption of the
Downtown Specific Plan. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
