Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 5 2015, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
prohibiting housing discrimination based on sources of income, including Section 8
vouchers and other rent subsidies. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council
for adoption.
