Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 24, 2015 the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Chapter 4.04 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code prohibiting
certain animals in certain public places. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
