poration, of Los Angeles, California, as Trustee under Deed of
Trust dated April 5, 1941, made by CLYDE J. BURNETT and LILLIAN M.
BURNETT, his wife, on April 21, 1941, in Book 18396, Page 29 of
Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, has received from Beneficiary thereunder a written re-
quest to reconvey, reciting that the indebtedness secured by said
Deed of Trust has been fully paid and that said Deed of Trust and
the note or notes secured thereby have been surrendered to said
Trustee for cancellation;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the pro-
visions of said Deed of Trust, said LOS ANGELES TRUST & SAFE DEPOSIT
COMPANY, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
