PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS; TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY, a corporation; of Los
Angeles, California; as successor Trustee under Deed of Trust made by
GUADALUPE G. CORNEJO, a single man, Trustor, and recorded November
10th, 1941, in Book 18927, Page 119, of Official Records, in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, has received from Beneficiary thereunder, a written request
to reconvey, in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, all
estate now held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust in.and to
the hereinafter described property, said Beneficiary having presented
said Deed of Trust and note secured ,thereby for endorsement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions
of said Deed of Trust, TITLE INSURATCE AND TRUST COMPANY, successor,
as Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR
PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estate now held by it thereunder
in and to that property situate in the City of Santa Monica, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 1 in Block 6 of Erkenbrecher Syndicate Santa
Monica Tract, as shown on map thereof recorded in
Book 6, of Maps, at pages 26 and 27, records of said
Los Angeles County.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall
continue to be held by said Trustee under the terms thereof. As
provided in said Deed of Trust, this Partial Reconveyance is made
without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment of
the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY, as
successor Trustee, has caused its corporate name and seal to be hereto
affixed by its Assistant Secretary thereunto duly authorized this 8th
day of February, 1943.
