13 -G: Request of Mayor Pro Tern O'Day that the city take the LA Waterkeeper
"Dirty Car Pledge" to not wash its cars for 60 days to help raise awareness
about water conservation. This would apply to city- operated vehicles.
Staff would return to council with an information item updating the city
about number of vehicles and public promotion and announcements.
