13 -C: Request of Councilmember McKeown that Council direct staff either to
relocate events scheduled for beach lots near residences to other locations
where they will be less disruptive, effective immediately, or take other
immediate action sufficient to protect residents against unacceptable
impacts; and return to Council in timely fashion with permanent revised
guidelines that will limit use of our beach lots such as to eliminate
unacceptable impacts on residents and protect the quietude of adjacent
neighborhoods.
