Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 14, 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding disability to the list of classes protected against housing discrimination
by local law. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
