Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 14 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Section 4.08.810 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code prohibiting
selling, leasing or reserving for compensation of public spaces in the City. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
