Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 23 2014, the City Council introduced for
ordinance adding Chapter 9.75 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code
Parks and Recreation Development Impact Fee Program, the Parks
Development Impact Fees, and establishing an adjustment and waive r
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
