Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 23, 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Chapter 9.74 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code establishing the
affordable housing commercial linkage fee, and establishing an adjustment and waiver
provision. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
