Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 25 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.56.050 to establish
minimum occupancy standards for affordable housing units. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
