SUBJECT- Modification of Lease Between the City and Royal Inns
of America
Attached hereto is a proposed resolution
of the City Council approving certain modifications
of the lease between the City and Royal Inns of
America. The proposed modifications are attached
as exhibits to the resolution. Also attached is a
memorandum from the City Manager in regard to the
same setting forth a summary of said amendments.
It is the opinion of this office that the
amendments do not materially change the contract but
the amendments are necessary to permit Royal Inns
to complete its financing with Glendale Federal
Savings and Loan.
