Trustees of said Town, February 21st, 1887, and approved by the President of
.said Board of Trustees, did on the third Monday of November, 1887, deliver to

linquent list of all persons and property then owing taxes in said town to the
Town of Santa Monica, which, said delinquent list did include the property first
