are available in job order account number 63045 -000, Contractual
Services for Pumping Repair, Arcadia Plant.
Background
In response to published Notice Inviting Bids to furnish and install
a pump assembly for Arcadia Plant booster number 4 in accordance with
City specifications, bids were received and publicly opened and read
January 23, 1979. Proposal packages were mailed to thirteen (13) pump
companies and Notices were advertised in accordance with City Charter
and Municipal Code provisions. Two (2) bids were received:
