Appurtenant Facilities in Certain Public Streets of the City of Santa Monica
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 8, 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
granting franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L. P. to operate, maintain, inspect,
repair, remove, replace and abandon an existing ten (10) inch diameter crude petroleum
pipeline and appurtenant facilities in certain public streets of the City of Santa Monica.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
