Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 8 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a Municipal
Corporation, and Q6 Real Estate Inc., a California Corporation. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
