This amount is subject to adjustment yearly on the basis of percentage of change in the Consumer Price Index (for Urban Wage Erners and Clerical Workers, 1967 = 100) for Los Angeles, California are available in account number 40- 500 - 412 - 000 -691, Maintenance of Parking Structures 1 through 6. Background In response to published Notice Inviting Bids for parking structure custodial service, bids were received and publicly opened and read February 13, 1979. Proposal forms were mailed to sixty (60) janitorial service contractors and notices were advertised in accordance with City Charter and Municipal Code provisions. Four (4) bids were received.
