Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 13 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.65.010 to increase the
living wage. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
