Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 27, 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance establishing speed limits for certain streets pursuant to the California Vehicle
Code and amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.12.490. The ordinance is
now presented to the City Council for adoption.
