Gommunity Volunteers have been out the last couple of weeks attempting to counter paid signature
gatherers. It has been a challenge basically chasing them all over town as we never know when and where
they are going to show up. We have also mounted an effort to inform people through City Neighborhood
Groups and social media. In addition, we are letting people know they can rescind a signature if they have
already signed.
The question of will we be able to keep it off Nov. ballot remains to be seen
