Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 22 2014, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, and Macerich SNIP LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
