Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 17, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
interim ordinance extending Interim Ordinance 2439 to May 31, 2014, which established
interim development procedures pending implementation of the LUCE. The ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
