Clarifying Street Performance Permit Regulations and Rules Governing
the Street Performance Lottery System for the Pier
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 26, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Code Chapter 6.112 clarifying street performance
permit regulations and rules governing the street performance lottery system for the
Pier. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
