Investors LLC, a California Limited Liability Company
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 12, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, Palmetto Hospitality of Santa Monica II, LLC, a California Limited
Liability Company, and 501 Colorado Investors LLC, a California Limited Liability
Company. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
