Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 28, 2014 and February 4, 2014, the City Council introduced
for first reading an ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City
of Santa Monica; a Municipal Corporation, and Hines 26t Street LLC, a Delaware
Limited Liability Company. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
