Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 8, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.16.120 related to
exemption of payment at parking meters for clean air vehicles. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
